Willie was honest and trustworthy and I mention this only because he is new to having his own company and it shows a bit. He is licensed with the state and they have him in their system. The report I received does what I needed it to do. The only hurdle was a a smoother payment and email process would be nice. Other than that, support this guy so he can grow his company. "We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."
