Get matched with top lead testing and removal specialists in Mamaroneck, NY

"They were very professional. We had them test for lead in a multiple dwelling building. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the very confusing local laws of NYS, and the nuances of how we have to deal with the issues. They were on time, very thorough with their work, (very friendly, which counts), and seemed to very much care about the quality of their work. They were fair and reasonable with their rates."

"I had many questions about the testing process and the follow-up. Mike answered them all with patience."

"Dennis performed a lead inspection for us and he was fantastic. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, he walked us through everything he saw and what he thought. Iâ d highly recommend him to anyone needing a lead inspection!"

"Vernon responded immediately (in the evening) to the Home Advisor inquiry and he was available for lead paint testing and provided a report quickly for a city building permit. I hired him again for follow-up asbestos testing. I am thankful for his responsiveness (the permit process has been challenging) and feel confident that he is advising me on what is needed and not creating extra or unneeded work. Highly recommend."

"I chose this company initially because of their fine record of service to many clients since 1990. After working with Anthony, the owner, I soon realized why they earned that praise. As a client I felt respected immediately. Anthony took my concerns seriously and gave me the time to discuss the issues so I could benefit from his expertise and feel secure in my decisions. He not only provided the services I needed but went out of his way to research free resources I could pursue to find other solutions on my own, if need be. By being knowledgeable, practical, cost conscious , and honest to a fault, Anthony engendered trust in his approach to my problems. Working with him and his team gave me complete confidence to proceed with his recommendations. If I have further work to be done, I will turn to Anthony and his company in as my consultants of choice!"

"While the proposal was for 8 days work, it seems they'll be done in half the time."

"I needed asbestos removal from my chimney, Omar was recommended. He came the same day. Looked at the chimney and scheduled for removal the following weekend. He came on time was very professional and well knowledged. Definately using him again for future projects!!!! 10/10"
