"Tim and Clean Your Carpets was great. My wool carpet was dirty and smelled bad, due to pet accidents over the years. In spite of my steaming the carpet, using rug deodorizer, and and hiring professional in house cleaners, the odor still remained especially during humid and wet days. Tim brought my carpet to his location, processed it through a soak to remove animal residue, repaired a section where the backing was worn and returned my carpet looking like new and smelling wonderful!
