For my house since the ducts probably have never been done since it was built in the 50’s $445 was a great price and well worth every penny, especially with my families allergies. With the carpeting for the first floor and steps going upstairs needing to be cleaned, we turned to Angie’s List. There we found On The Spot Cleaners and they reflected pretty good reviews. We called them, they came out and cleaned the carpets, seemingly well. They mentioned that they don’t guarantee that stains/spills/spots will be completely removed, since every previous carpet cleaner we have used had done a good job of getting everything out, we didn’t worry about it. We paid them $99.00 and they left. A few days later, we noticed a couple of spots and a dirty two foot square area reappeared . These three areas were places we had specifically pointed out for extra attention. Plus, it looks like the kick plates on the steps going upstairs were simply missed. We called On The Spot Cleaners, explained our concerns and asked if they could stop by and review the areas. In the few other instances like this over the years, other carpet cleaners stopped by and remedied similar areas. This is when things became disappointing. My wife was reminded about the non-guarantee for stains/spills/spots. She was then told they don’t normally do a re-visit and that a return trip would cost $100.00. Seemed a bit steep since we had already paid them that amount to actually clean the carpet and we still had some dirty areas (including the kick plates of the stairs), but they declined the opportunity to come back, review and possibly get mentioned areas clean without another $100.00 payment. We, in turn, declined the opportunity to pay them again for what seemed to us to be a less than complete job. However, I am now faced with another expense if I want the cleaned. If you plan to use these folks, do it quickly as it appears that their approach to Customer Service may not sustain their business for the long term. Even though they were personable and professional, unfortunately, I cannot recommend On The Spot Cleaners.

Did a very good job. On time and very professional and easy to work with. One spot still has a shadow and probably needed a little more attention but the rest of the carpeting looks great!

Great job, stairs were bad but he did a great job on them and they looked almost new! I was getting other carpets installed and he sprayed deodorizer on the floor prior with out me asking. Was in and out in an hour but still did a great job on the carpets.

Very very well. They arrived as scheduled, were very professional and gave me pointers on issues I've had keeping my carpets clean. Will definitely have them back.

The gentlemen showed up right on time. I showed them the spots from our dog and they said no problem! When they were finished, I couldn't tell where the spots had been. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
