Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Service tech was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my rugs were not clean! I paid for a deodorizer that i could not smell! More importantly, a dirty dust residue was left on my carpet that I was not told about!!! They failed the white sock test terribly(see below)! What a waste of money!

I used Matt a year ago, and was so pleased with his work, that I told him I would be calling him to come back and clean before our house went on the market. He shows up when he says he's going to, is professional, pleasant, and does a wonderful job.

The driver/cleaner, Andrew called about 30 minutes prior to confirm, was prompt, explained everything clearly, cleaned up during and after the job and did an overall great job. The cleaning took a little longer than originally expected, but that didn't matter to us. No bad smells from the solution during or after cleaning.I would highly recommend and would definitely use OxiFresh again.

I am beyond thrilled with the service performed by Paul and Matt today at my home. The carpets look amazing and they got out so many stains! They were friendly, courteous, and professional -- all while working quickly but thoroughly on our carpets. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Did a great job on very old carpets

Excellent. Steve was very thorough and I was extremely pleased with the results. My carpeting is over 21 years old and looked like new when he was done. And the dry time was miraculously short.

The service is light duty cleaning of the grout and sealing. They made an effort to clean it but it didn't get the job I wanted done.

I have used this company several time now, and I believe their service is top notch. Everything looks so fresh and for a lower price than other companies.

Matt and partner did an excellent job, gave us good advice, on time and highly professional. I was glad to know that will do area rugs as well in your home. Gave me a quote that was more than half of what I usually pay. Highly recommend.

I heard of this company on the radio. So i then found a bargain on Angies List so i tried them. I cant say even GOOD about them.... I had 3 rooms a stair way and stair landing done! EXCELLENT! is the best to describe the cleanliness of my carpets.... I am buying another Angies List coupon today and will hire them within the next couple of months....With these prices and their excellent job I will never steam clean my rugs myself..... I will have Oxi Fresh at least 3 times a year ! I was so very very satisfied! So glad I discovered them! Ann Pylypiec Cohoes NY....

One area had to be re-treated, which was done promptly and proficiently. The other carpet areas looked like new.

very professional and pleasant -however not sure our carpet was cleanable--the 'dry' treatment just didn't brighten up the floor the way I thought it would but its a high traffic area for the last 8 years. Quick dry and very neat with clean up; just didn't seem to look brighter the way past cleanings did. Also did grout in bathrooms but didn't really whiten much at all

The service was never provided. I've contacted the vendor multiple times, and each time I'm told they don't service my area but will find someone who does. After multiple weeks of back and forth they've stopped returning my calls and emails. I will seek a refund from Angie's List or my credit card company. I'm not sure why the offer was extended to me if they don't service the area I live in - my address is in my Angie's List profile.
