The estimate from R&R was the most reasonable (most other masonry contractors refused to come out in the middle of winter or their estimates were outrageous). "The service aspect of this business was exceptional, beyond even the quality of work. When the owner was going to be late, he texted and advised me he was going to be late. It turned out he was only one hour late, but still took the time to contact me. The work was excellent. Instead of trying to sell me new bricks, he knocked the mortar off the old bricks, and used them. The bricks were of an odd size, and the other contractors wanted more than $250.00 just for the bricks! The price was more than reasonable."
