They poured a concrete slab for our hot tub. They were fully professional. Arrived when they said they would. Did the job expeditiously. Polite. No drama.

Michael contacted me right away and squeezed me into his schedule. Fair price for removing some sunken concrete and prepping the area for pavers that I had leftover. Michael and his partner worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Michael was very professional and kept in contact with me as to when he would be able to start my project. Was very neat and tidy with his work. Would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.

Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. There were two phases to our project: 1) install an artificial "grass" area within an enclosure (fenced) for our dogs; and 2) trim low-hanging branches of trees and take down 2-3 smaller trees so as to get more sunlight into the area. Mike and his crew did the artificial turf job alone, and worked with a subcontractor for the tree work. The artificial surface is in the "so-far, so-good" stage, and we are very pleased with this result. The tree clearing and trimming was also done at a very reasonable cost, and the service of Lawn Legends and their sub-contractor was exceptional.

Mike seemed okay initially, however, he will certainly drag a process out and attempt to take advantage of a situation. He initially walked through what my wife and I wanted done with our brick work but drew up the contract vaguely and started the project based on his own timeline, not ours. Once started, he changed the criteria and requested more money, stating the extra work was not part of the contract...Roger that. That one is on me. Before completing the work, he wanted me to give him the check. He hassled me the entire time, wanting to come by my home to "talk" when I was busy with other things. None of it seemed legitimate and it was a very frustrating process to see someone who did business so unprofessionally. To have to explain that this is not the way in which I did business was challenging in itself. But I found myself having this conversation with Mike on several occasions. The work was incomplete and he did not seem to understand his fault in the situation, as I explained it to him. I also didn't appreciate it when he addressed me as "Hon" So, thanks but no thanks.

I contracted with Lawn Legends to rebuild my front porch that has been slowly sinking over its 13 year life. They did a great job of dismantling the stone porch, pouring additional concrete footers, and then reassembling the porch. The job was done in a very timely manner with a lot of focus on the details. I could tell that Michael, Dan and their crew took much pride in their work and wanted to make sure that I was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend Lawn Legends.
