"This was the second time we have worked with Kazi and his wonderful team at Rahat Construction. Last summer, right before our first child was born, they repointed the 120-year-old foundation in our basement and painted and sealed the whole thing so it would be clean and bright when we started doing lots of extra laundry for the baby. That project went great, and this one did too. This time, they cleaned up and repainted the iron fencing and window guards in the front of our house and built a set of lovely and very sturdy railings and banisters for our back deck. Kazi is just a delight to work with. He's easy to communicate with, punctual, thoughtful about his approach to every detail of the job, and unlike many contractors, constantly around to make sure that the work is being done to his customers' satisfaction. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them.
