"Hi [Member Name Removed]. As we completed your project on a Friday, while your husband was busy working from home, our technician cleaned up and did not bother him prior to leaving due to your husband seeming unavailable during work hours. I called you immediately Monday morning to address your weekend email with the few photos you provided, stating that we could have come over to clean up fully within 10-15 minutes at best, but you had already cleaned up that weekend. The $100 discount you requested seemed unreasonable to us, so we extended a $50 discount instead to be fair and meet in the middle. You even appreciated that extension. Unfortunately something very minor as far as clean up with excellent work results has resulted in us not working together in the future. We wish you the best."
"[Member Name Removed], we are sorry you unfortunately mis read the estimate you accepted when you signed the contract, which had nothing in the work order regarding any plumbing. Everything we completed was what was accepted in the written contract by you that you called to tell me was great. I tried to speak to you twice on the phone to work through this process with you, but was hung up on twice. This is your third social media post to our company, with the same exact review. You trying to cause harm to someone’s company when you mid understood something is unfortunate. We certainly do not want any animosity and wish you the best."
"Hello- I wanted to have the chance to respond to this feedback, and reiterate that we as a company will be taking this criticism and handling it to improve the way we handle exterior work. We did, however, have a chain of cooresponding e-mails updating you for the delays and why, and I myself personally left a few voicemails as I could never connect with anyone via phone. I feel that we did communicate as best as we possibly could have, but will always work on improving. The overlap in a 1 day completion of your project was due to the header being extremely difficult to remove, which in turn had many adjustments to be made. This set us behind with our ongoing projects in schedule, so we had to work yours back into our calendar to complete in a timely fashion. Since we had access into the garage, it was treated as more flexible, which is not as traditional when we need interior access which would require a client to be home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you voiced with your project, and really appreciated your business."
