"This company was a complete disaster. They supposedly re-installed our flat roof and was paid in cash immediately after they were done. It was a never-ending nightmare; the workmanship was subpar, with multiple leaks appearing shortly after their supposed 'fix.'. The plywood, beams and ceiling underneat the deck/flat roof rutted; part of the ceiling fell off. I tried to get them to come back and address the issues, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. Avoid this company at all costs! Run away from them as fast as possible."

They put together a comprehensive plan with all of the pricing itemized. Steve was always a text or phone call away and Matt stopped by the job site every day, sometimes more than once, to make sure everything was going well and that I was satisfied. We had 100% of the plywood replaced, new insulation baffles installed, 3 new skylights with new flashing kits and additional venting installed. The roof looks beautiful, will last a very long time and gives us peace of mind knowing that should anything go wrong, WNY will be there for us in the future."
