They told us that their lead time to have the roof and gutters done was about 5 weeks and we did have the roof and gutters done 5 weeks after we had the estimate. They were able to get the roof completely done within 1 day and the gutters within half a day. Very efficient, professional, clean and courteous! Roof and gutters look great and so far no leaks!"

"Overall, Northside did an excellent job. Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and the company was careful to protect the house and landscaping. There was only one job related misstep and the company accepted responsibility. The problem was thoroughly corrected promptly and professionally. Workers were respectful of property, courteous and approachable. Josh, the general project supervisor, a professionals professional, was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was accurate. The contract was detailed and fair. Craftsmanship while unexceptional, was acceptable. Some minor damage to gutters and incomplete post job cleanup was noted, but quickly and completely corrected when brought to the company's attention. Altogether, a responsible, responsive and ethical company. We would recommend Northside to our friends and neighbors without reservation."
