They never plowed it. And kept our money! JC landscaping uses RJD property maintenances’ address which is 590 Salt Road in Webster. I called RJD prob. And spoke to them on the phone to confirm a plowing job. I accidentally called JC landscaping after because they shared the same address in google. Our driveway was plowed an hour later and it looked great! JC landscaping requested payment via Venmo in a text that the owner sent me. I paid him $80. A week later I received an invoice via mail from RJD property maintenance. I called RJD and discovered they did plow our driveway, but JC landscaping took payment for it. I attempted to get my money back from JC plowing, but he refused and said they went to our address and have proof on GPS. If they did, they did not touch our driveway. They didn’t even drive down it. We have a ring camera and it was confirmed that RJD provided the service and JC landscaping never provided any…. But the owner wouldn’t return our money. I would have happily paid both companies had they both attempted to plow the driveway. JC landscape didn’t provide service, took $80 from us, and uses another companies address and his business address. Beware.

For the lanscaping they didn't communicate clearly about when they were coming. I was expecting them one day, and when I called to ask where they are they said they were taking the day off...they eventually came and did a fine job....no major complaints for what they did but I was annoyed about the random day off when I was expecting them.
We decided to have them come do our snowplowing for the winter because they offered a very fair price.  Most of the time they came within a fair amount of time to do the work although on one occasion I called to find out what was up and why they weren't there yet, I got a rude response and no definitive time frame to expect them in.  When they did plow, they did a fine job.  Finally, when I contacted him in the Spring to find out when he was going to be by to fix up the edge of our lawn that always gets scraped up by snowplowers, I didn't ever hear back from them and they never came, DESPITE THE CONTRACT stating that they definitely would come to fix up the edge of the driveway if the plow messed it up.  
In summary, the work they do is generally fine, but the customer service is lacking.

Doesnt communicate and didnt do the entire lawn at least twice. Just quit coming and hasnt sent a bill since august |
