He pumped the cesspool and then used a digital camera to check inside the cesspool to determine type. Afterward he applied the chemicals. Unfortunately we don't have an overfill pool so we have to pump our cesspool more frequently. Rob explained in detail the process, cost and time to install and overfill pool and we will definitely use Mid Suffolk Cesspool when we're ready."

Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "Overall five stars. 3 Stars for incompetent job supervisor. Owner Dan Bolger was great, a tad pushy. Runs a well oiled machine utilizing an excellent skill set. However, outright refused to install Schluter Ditra beneath Tile floors, Now I've got squeaks, no cracking yet. Entire crew (except supervisor) were exceptional. Challenging 1950's home with Challenging 1950's Homeowners. We waited a long time to review. Never review anything new as only time will tell ;-) Island Homecraft was a great hire for us."

"Amazing! Sabino was responsive, quick and is very knowledgeable. He detected and replaced a bad outlet and took the time to check other outlets on the same circuit. He also installed 2 new exterior light fixtures and replaced 4 light switches in the garage with wifi switches. Sabino took the time to check other outlets in other rooms to ensure they are correctly installed. Additional work has now been requested. Not only is he a great electrician, he's a good person. Well worth your time to inquire for your work."

"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"They were fantastic.  They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining.  They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc.  They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.
