Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. "Amazing! Sabino was responsive, quick and is very knowledgeable. He detected and replaced a bad outlet and took the time to check other outlets on the same circuit. He also installed 2 new exterior light fixtures and replaced 4 light switches in the garage with wifi switches. Sabino took the time to check other outlets in other rooms to ensure they are correctly installed. Additional work has now been requested. Not only is he a great electrician, he's a good person. "I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"They were fantastic.  They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining.  They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc.  They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.
