"After a bit of a rocky start with some miscommunication around the timing of the pool opening, overall Tri-M has been great. They got the pool open and cleared up in just a few weeks. Despite my not being a weekly service customer as I perform these myself, Tri-M has been responsive to a few issues I've had this season. Tr-M is always easy to reach with a call - you'll get Joel or Barb and they are very responsive.
