Had same overflow problem again this weekend and was pretty mad. Call Mid Suffolk and was greeted very professionally and kindly on phone by Christine on Saturday night Sept 14th 2019. Was told her husband Bob would show up Sunday morning. He did at 11am and provided much need excellent service and advice. Completely serviced both pools for a reasonable price. Was neat and would call again without any second thought."

We were impressed with Dan from the time we met with him, and could tell that that he was highly experienced in his work and straightforward. Dan and his team were highly reliable, appropriately efficient, quite responsive and they communicated well. Their craftsmanship was very strong. Keith the Carpenter was just amazing from framing and leveling, to vent duct installation, cabinet installation and completing final touches to make it all look perfect. "Finding a reliable and honest plumber is a hard thing to find. I asked friends/family and nobody knew anyone i could call. They showed up fast exacly when he told me he would and even though i was told by a friend of mine who is handy around the house that i would have to replace my toilet and it couldn't be repaired Jimmy at Clearway assured me that it could be fixed, would cost significantly less to repair and that replacing it would be a waste of money and that if i made the repairs the toilet would work like brand new. "I highly recommend Robert and his sons. They were extremely professional in getting my basement back to normal after severe water damage. They were timely and got the job done efficiently. Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. Cost of job was very reasonable and they delivered on everything he promised. After they left, my basement looked as new as the day we moved into the house, completely dry, clean and smelled great.  Can't thank them enough for their excellent service.
