Rich is very professional. Excellent workmanship. My retainer wall was destroyed by a tree falling and he removed the old wall and rebuilt an amazing new wall. He returns phone calls and shows up when he says he will be there.

They did a fantastic job. Extremely accurate and tasteful job for something which is extremely difficult to do, this was a boulder retaining wall. Job was completed in one day and we couldn't be more satisfied.

The price went up after the quoted and agreed price - it should not have. The retaining wall was too low for the height of the ground.

"The customer asked me for and estimate to replace a rotten wood wall . I measured the height and length of the existing wall and gave her the price base on those measurements. After I finished the wall ,she asked me if I could do additional grading work to the property which had become overgrown from many years of neglect which I did . I was also asked if I could remove 50ft of rotten wood fencing and haul it away to the dump which I also did . That is how the quote from the original estimate ended up being higher. The customer asked for more work to be done."

A very good experience overall. Rich was a professional, he graded my property and built a beautiful retaining wall. I am very pleased with Rich's work and price for this project. Rich will come back in the spring and do another project for me. I would recomend Rich to friends and family.
