"Came with 2 so fireplace was assembled in a few hours. Looks great"

"It was a very nice job. Finish work looks great. Cleaned up. Respectable to your ideas, your property and pleasant to work with."

"Mike came and installed 4 ceiling fans for us. We were working from home, but he was flexible and worked around our meeting schedule to get the work done, which really he didn't need to do but was greatly appreciated. Done quick. Done right. Would recommend for sure."

"Outstanding. Joe arrived in the morning and worked the entire day. He worked both inside and outside. He installed a heater fan in the bathroom ceiling, repaired two ceiling with water damage, installed a new storm door and repaired en exterior window frame that had multiple areas that were rotting. He is easy going and hard working. I will definitely be hiring him again."

"This is the second time we hired Brian Kopf. We had a variety of projects for him, including leveling a sliding glass door and installing a locking mechanism on it, repairing a bedroom door, adding trim to the lattice work surrounding our sun porch, but most important of all, mudding and painting our 23-year-old garage, which was banged up and heavily stained. Brian's work far exceeded our hopes for the project. The quality of the work, which was completed during a stretch of very hot and humid days, was precise and quite frankly, exceptional. The garage looks brand new. As I noted in our last review, Brian is the consummate professional. He is thoughtful and was respectful of our home. Brian is very personable and so easy to work with, especially given our lack of expertise. Needless to say, we have several other projects that we are hoping Brian can add to his schedule. We highly recommend Brian Kopf and if we could give him 10 stars, we would."

"After requesting services, Etmond contacted me quickly and scheduled me right away. He was prompt, polite and very professional. Our porch needed repairs as the floor boards were popping up and some were dropping down. The base of each post that supports the roof, were falling apart. Etmond was a pro! He knew what was wrong and fixed all the unsafe floor boards and secured both ends of the porch (something the original installer failed to do). Etmond also replaced all post supports with the proper product. Our porch is now safe to walk on and we can't thank him enough for the excellent work he did. We will be contacting him again for some indoor projects I have in mind."

"I hired Andy for a porch renovation, and I'm really pleased with the outcome. It looks great and they went above and beyond, even painting the pre-existing railing which I hadn't asked for The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was fair. Thank you!"

"Francisco & I negotiated the correct solution to repairing my dinning room wall, and we decided skimming the wall with a plaster slurry. It looks great, and Francisco was very diligent with the work! He completed it over several days and It looks fantastic! Thank You!"

"My deck was repaired quickly & with precision."

"Brandon, the owner of Checkmark Property Solutions, contacted me within 30 minutes of my inquiry, even on a Sunday. I viewed his reviews and website. All was very positive. So to try and keep this in perspective, I have multiple rental properties and this is the first time I used Checkmark. For sure, without any question, I will use Brandon and his team in the future. His quote was in-line to what was requested; his timing was exactly what I wanted and the project lasted as long as he stated. He also checked in with me (I am not local to the project) with some suggestions and thoughts on where I could save $$ and where I should go possibly a different route. Trust me on this, his workmanship is very, very professional. Lastly, he was clean and neat. You will not be disappointed! Dan C."
