The price was more than reasonable (we obtained a second quote), Brian and his crew showed up every day even through some cold wind and rain; Brian went the extra 100 miles to shore up the boards underneath both the deck and walkway, he connected the deck and walkway to the house (there used to be a gap), and even made a couple walkway steps less hazardous and more attractive. Once the price was quoted, it never changed even though more had to be done to make the finished product level, safe, reinforced and attractive

Owner Bob Loehr took before and after videos to show me the work needed and completed since I was bound to the ground. Finding someone with knowledge and care with slate is a fading art form. I am so pleased and grateful to have that work accomplished. I added on another project-sanding, repairing, filling nail holes, staining and 2 coats of poly on two oak ceilings on my two porches. Water leaks had stained the ceilings and once the repairs were made, I wanted the ceiling refinished. They look beautiful, like what had been installed a century ago. Bob showed such knowledge and took such great care with his work. I am pleased to have discovered him from a reference from a commercial roofing business

"We hired Matt for an addition of a great room and kitchen remodel (which ended up being an entire ground floor remodel) and Wow! Matt and his team (big shout out to Tony!) truly took our dream and made it a reality.
