In the process, he had some wonderful suggestions that never would have occurred to me. The work started pretty much when promised, and it was clear even to my neighbors that the crew worked in a quick and professional manner. The siding foreman seemed particularly skilled and professional. The work was finished in about a week (a rainstorm or two slowed things up a bit), and frankly I was shocked at how clean my yard was at the end of each work day. The final cost was consistent with the original estimate, and I would definitely recommend this company to others

Whenever, there was an unexpected curveball based on the existing house design, he thoroughly explained what it was and how they were adjusting to resolve it. I was also extremely impressed that he has a permanent, full-time crew, and not only was he present on the site every day, he often personally worked on aspects of the job and explaining to the younger guys what he was doing and why. Porch was knocked off of it's piers and torqued, so windows, siding, and other aspects either needed to be fixed or replaced. The effort was not cheap, but the insurance company paid for most of it. Bennett always stayed in touch, were on time, let me know when difficulties arose with the insurance company and were generally really great to work with. It was completely worth not having to worry about the work being done right and expeditiously

The job site was left in as good or better condition as it was found each day...yes, seriously. We expected way more disruption than we experienced. I considered rating the price a "B" as this was not the lowest bid. But I tend to be a "you get what you pay for" kind of person for most purchases. We are completely happy with the finished product. "Mike came and gave us a prompt estimate and set expectations for when the job would be completed. We had to wait a little while to get the work completed, but the weather was a factor as well. Once they showed up the roof was completed first, as well as a flat roof over an addition, a second crew completed the siding. The job took a little over a week, but both crews were extremely professional and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely contract with Mike again if we needed other repairs.

"When we decided to replace our aged picture window with a bay window, we went to home shows and got a variety of quotes and spoke with many different companies in the area. We chose Navco because they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they seemed the most straight-forward and willing to answer questions. They also quoted us to fix the overhang on our front porch, and since both prices were reasonable, we elected to have them do both sets of work. We put in a down-payment, and were told it would be 10-12 weeks for the window to arrive. At week 11 and a half we got a call from them to schedule the service. Everyone who worked at our house, over a full day and a half, was friendly, and when they encountered some unexpected issues during the window replacement (old houses - yeesh!) they dealt with them, and didn't screw us over on the final bill, even though they'd had to bring in more guys for an extra half-day that wasn't part of the original quote. We're very happy with the window and with our new front porch, and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needed service.

We had them replaced in sections had some from Sears, pure garbage, Home Deport, fair quality. I wish we would of did our whole house in these windows. These are beautiful, excellent quality with a great price. We were just interested in getting our patio replaced, an 8 footer. The salesperson told me about the windows they sell. We had budgeted $5000. for the patio door. The patio door was only $3300, I was quoted $2000, to replace just the glass from others and decided to go with new. I told him we have only 5 more windows to complete the house, He gave us $75. off each window. Sold! The guys came installed were neat professional, it was not like that with any of the others. i live in the boonies and it took them at least 50 minutes to get here. They did it all in less than 5 hours.
