"Sergio repaired a leak from my second floor bathroom through the ceiling into my first floor bsthroom a year and four months ago. He had to remove the toilet to secure the hrass ring mounting plate to the sub floor and replace the wax ring gasket, then re-install the toilet. That repair took a couple of hours and is still good to this day. When I noticed that I had no hot water yesterday and trried repeatedly to re-light the pilot on my thirteen year old water heater to no avail, I called Pipe Service Pros in the late afternoon without hesitation and made an appointment.with Sergio. He came by ten o'clock this morning and all he needed to do was push a reset button on the burner control module and then light the pilot. It's great to have an honest serviceman because he could have sold me a new burner assembly or a wjole new wster heater thst I fidn't need. The price was fair and a lot less expensive than plumbing contractors that I've used inbthe past. Thanks Sergio for the excellent service and professional advice! Lenny P. from Bayside, N.Y."

At 10am with no prior communication, I received a text that the person would be an hour late. I canceled."

"Terrible! He came to fix my clogged sink in bathroom but created another problem in my bathtub. I did not notice until the next day when I was going to take a shower and noticed brownish debris in my tub. I turn on water to clean it and water not draining and bathtub now is clogged. I called to complain but he insisted that it is not his fault. I told he that of course it is that I had no issues with my bathtub before he came. Whatever he did to unclogged my sink with his snake tool he clogged my bathtub. Probably push it to my bathtub. Again he insisted that it is not his fault anyfulld if I want bathtub unclogged that I will have to pay again. He also insisted that I pay him in cash which I did. This is a scam and he has probably done this to other people. Beware of this company and do not do business with them."
