Terrible! He came to fix my clogged sink in bathroom but created another problem in my bathtub. I did not notice until the next day when I was going to take a shower and noticed brownish debris in my tub. I turn on water to clean it and water not draining and bathtub now is clogged. I called to complain but he insisted that it is not his fault. I told he that of course it is that I had no issues with my bathtub before he came. Whatever he did to unclogged my sink with his snake tool he clogged my bathtub. Probably push it to my bathtub. Again he insisted that it is not his fault anyfulld if I want bathtub unclogged that I will have to pay again. He also insisted that I pay him in cash which I did. This is a scam and he has probably done this to other people. Beware of this company and do not do business with them.

Plumber arrived in 40 minutes ! Did the job in 2 hours with me assisting.

Angelo responded immediately to the request. I was having backup from my main line and needed urgent help. Angelo arrived with all the necessary equipment. He efficiently cleaned the main line and flushed it with water. He took the time to explain each step. He showed me the incredible amount of debris that had built up in the line due to a lot of tree roots that had infiltrated the line. He clearly had a lot of experience and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him as a plumber.

We had Express Sewer & Drain Cleaning run a new gas line up to our 5th floor rooftop for a BBQ/firepit. They were very professional throughout the process and had good follow up with me prior to selecting them as our chosen vendor to do the work. Their quote was detailed and fairly priced.

Andrea was prompt, called in the early afternoon, he showed up a couple of hours later. This was a special order for a high comfort toilet and a particular brand. Sure enough the next day he showed up with the new toilet that he searched high and low for. He was very patient, and friendly, clean, reliable. He was a God sent he knew exactly what to do and found where the leak was coming from in minutes. Yes I will use him again he is now my plumber for my building. I will also refer him to everyone I know in need of an excellent professional and honest plumber. This is my second time using his services.

Since the leak was in a concrete block wall, Angelo chiseled the block to expose the leaking pipe. Once the leak was found he made the repair quickly and professionally. He did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

I submitted my request on Saturday to fix my kitchen and bathroom sink. Sunday Angelo called gave me a very reasonable price and within 30 minutes he was at my door. He fixed both the problems and I was so happy with his work I asked him to replace my shower /faucets. He was able to do the job and his son AL came and repaired the tiles. He and his son were very professional and did very good work.

Qverall fair but with an awful final result. Because of this I would not recommend this provider tooters, and I certainly will not use them again. My garbage disposal broke. Angelo came promptly in 3-4 hours as promised. He appeared to be working hard to remove the old one and hook up the pipes to the kitchen sink and dishwasher. 10 days later he returned to put in the new garbage disposal unit. Again he came on time and worked hard. He was expensive considering I paid cash. However when I ran my dishwasher a few days later there was 2 inches of water left as it had not drained. This dishwasher has worked well and normally for years. Angelo did come back and checked it for about 5 minutes. He said that his work was perfect and that I needed a new dishwasher. WRONG!! I then had a licensed plumber come to evaluate the problem. It took him 10 minutes to determine that the dishwasher was working fine and that the water flowed freely out of the drainage hose. He concluded that there was something blocking the dishwasher draining. In 2 more minutes he found the a KNOCK OFF FLAP on the garbage disposal was not completely removed. He did this and fixed the problem. I requested by text that Angelo/Star Express refund me the amount that I paid the second plumber. but have received no response whatsoever. therefore my overall grade is a D.
