George from Air tactical was very professional and also very knowledgeable about our mini split system. One thing that I did like about his manner was his ability to explain what he was doing so that I I could understand. I was very impressed and would recommend his company to anyone I knew that needed his assistance, and I'm going to use his company for further maintenance on my system.

He is definitely the best. After testing my Furnace, I had to install a new one. Now my house iswarm again after three weeksin the cold.

I have tried the bigger companies that have been around forever, but was not satisfied with their attitudes, service, or prices. Based on high reviews, I gave Air Tactical a shot, and could not be happier all around. George, the owner, serviced my boiler, and was so knowledgable, and so nice, that I had him install 5 Mitsubishi split minis and compressors in my Forest Hills house. The installation was careful and precise, the price was certainly competitive, if not cheaper, than the competition. Above all, George's communication was the best I've ever had with a service technician. He always answered my calls and texts promptly, and is the nicest guy, who never has an attitude. Try this company that is still growing and wants your business. I am thrilled with the all around service and will be using Air Tactical for all of my HVAC needs forever.

I needed a boiler maintenance for the beginning of this fall-winter season. I looked over a few companies and after speaking with George on the phone he kindly fit me into his schedule the same day. He arrived with his apprentice at the time he stated on the phone. Once they were done with maintenance, George even taught me a few things about my boiler since I’m a new home owner. I have already recommended Air Tactical HVAC to my friends and family for any cooling or heating purposes.

I can’t even begin to describe how incredible George (and Air Tactical HVAC Services) was. It was close to midnight when our AC broke and it was about 87 degrees outside. This is the first time we’ve ever had an air-conditioning issue, and so I didn’t even know who to call. After calling about five different places and either getting answering machines or unavailable responses, I finally spoke with George. He came over to our house He came over to our house (literally in the middle of the night) and SAVED THE DAY. Not only did he fix the issue completely, but he was honest, safe, clean, reliable, friendly, cool and every other positive adjective you can think of when it came to his professional service. This is probably the 1st review I’ve written in almost 10 years. That’s how incredible he (and his company) were. I will literally recommend them to everyone I know.

It went great he came promptly at the given time. Changed my thermostat efficiently programmed it and taught me how to use it, and he cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely use them again

I simply can't say enough positive things about George and the team at Air Tactical HVAC. Honest, hardworking, extremely nice and they will go out of their way to make sure the job is done right! I came home after two weeks away in January to my boiler not working and no heat (during freezing temps). I called Air Tactical HVAC based on their positive Yelp reviews. George arrived within an hour (despite the late hour) and discovered that my aging boiler was cracked and needed to be replaced. He explained the issue in great detail and showed me that it was leaking. He gave me a fair price for replacement (I researched and his quote was in line with with average price for NYC) and he was able to track down a new boiler and install it within a couple days. Despite several challenges due to my aging house (faulty wiring, complex plumbing, etc.), George and Angelo were patient and persistent. They had to build the boiler from scratch and rewire the thermostat, but did not charge me any additional labor costs despite it taking two full days. I will ABSOLUTELY use Air Tactical HVAC for all my future HVAC needs. In fact, I have already hired them to vacuum out my dryer vent, which was extremely clogged and they repaired my dryer vent cover free of charge. Cannot recommend these guys enough - their amazing!
