Pipe Service Pros

Sergio repaired a leak from my second floor bathroom through the ceiling into my first floor bsthroom a year and four months ago. He had to remove the toilet to secure the hrass ring mounting plate to the sub floor and replace the wax ring gasket, then re-install the toilet. That repair took a couple of hours and is still good to this day. When I noticed that I had no hot water yesterday and trried repeatedly to re-light the pilot on my thirteen year old water heater to no avail, I called Pipe Service Pros in the late afternoon without hesitation and made an appointment.with Sergio. He came by ten o'clock this morning and all he needed to do was push a reset button on the burner control module and then light the pilot. It's great to have an honest serviceman because he could have sold me a new burner assembly or a wjole new wster heater thst I fidn't need. Sergio came promptly. Studied the toilet backup, and performed diagnostics. Determined was sewer line. Snaked it clean. All cleared. Will have come back to do a complete root cutting/boring of sewer line, as preventive measure. No BS, just good neat work. Finally, a dependable, honest plumber!

Bathroom pipe repair and replacement

It was great. They came out on a late Saturday night in only 2 hours. They fixed the problem and taught me how my heating system works. I now have a new plumber I will call when I need one. I highly recommend Sergio and John.

Usually I would go to friends recommended plumbers, but due to unavailability over the holidays, I took a chance with Sergio. The existing water heater installation was malfunctioning and in an awkward position, but Sergio was very professional and took the time to take measurements and explain in detail the options available. After we agreed to replace the water heater with a new one, Sergio was willing to come on New Year’s Day to complete the work. The finished work was timely, neat and working perfectly. He would be my go to plumber in future.

Sergio was great and went above and beyond to get the job done. We bought a house where the previous owner did his own plumbing so it was a mess under the kitchen sink. Sergio helped install a new automatic faucet, water filter, and garbage disposal. He redid the pipes and fixed a sink leak. He was great with communication, always on time, and got the job done quickly.

In my 29 years as a house owner i have never found any contractor to be more honest than then Pipe Service Pros. I hired him to fix a leaking pipe in my boiler. After the job was completed i noticed that another pipe in the boiler was leading. Sergio came back spent over 3 hours to fix the new leak and only charged for parts that came to $30. I highly recommend to to everybody.

Have worked with Sergio a few times now. He is knowledgeable, experienced, straightforward, and honest. Although we’d never met before, he treated myself, my home, and my kids as though we’d known eachother for years, and got the job done. I have erased all other plumbers from my phone book as I would definitely call him when an issue arises. Fairly priced and sincere about what your options are. Good guy all around.

Sergio helped us with a very complicated pipe leaking situation where the leak was from a pipe buried in concrete underneath bathroom tiles. His diagnosis of the situation was on point and he controlled the area that needed to be open up. Very professional and fairly priced. It went great I called and immediately got a response. The plumber kept me informed before and during the job of the scheduling and time frame related to the project.
