He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. He has a talented crew who work very hard, nonstop morning to evening. And they know what they are doing. Anything that came up, did not ever seemed to be a problem for them. It’s obviously they have plenty of experience in their field. They do beautiful work. And now my pavers are being admired."
