"I called Bobking Construction because tiles were â droppingâ off in the bathroom on a rental apartment due to water entering through grouting holes. After removing a number of tiles and backing board, I discovered the bottom framing on the window sill was wet and decided it may involve more than I was prepared to do. So I called Bobbie Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and added that my tenant will return from vacation Monday evening. If he wasnâ t able to accommodate me on such short notice, Iâ d understand and would make the repairs as best I could. He asked for photos, which I sent and he said heâ ll call in the morning. Sure enough, he called Sunday 9am morning and then 2 hours later showed up with Giovanni, a family man and very experienced at his trade. They assessed the damage, agreed on a course of action and started work immediately. Work was completed before 5pm and the tile job looks fantastic. What can I sayâ ¦ again and again, Bobbie and company have done everything theyâ re supposed to â ¦ and more. The entire project went well with Ravinder's workers cleaning up after themselves each evening. The workers appear to take pride in their work which showed in the product produced. Ravinder is a good manager who was mostly onsite and on top of things. My sole gripe is Ravinder could have done a better job in reassuring my concerns regarding cement in cold weather that I found on the internet."
