"From the time I called them at 11:22 this morning, to total completion time with them leaving was a total of about 3 hours(2:20pm). That includes: Taking my call, dispatching a plumber, them arriving at my house, assessing the situation, leaving to get a new water heater(which I already knew was needed), coming back and installing it. The plumber Rich and his apprentice were polite, professional, punctual time wise from the estimate/assessment time to the completion time. Rich explained the LED blinking indications, and if somehow the pilot light went out, how to restart it. And showed me where the giant sticker explaining the blinking light status was.
