"The work that was completed was done well and the individual that did the work did it well and was courteous and polite. However the job was never completed. The day the technician arrived he was unable to complete the job because he ran out of chemicals. Then there were numerous issues with scheduling the initial job and trying to schedule the return to complete the job because the technician had various problems ( a personal emergency, an accident, a problem with equipment). In the end we became frustrated with the continuous rescheduling attempts and decided to seek someone else to complete the work. "
