Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
My experience was excellent. Jhon Pachar was the first contractor to contact me from Angie's list and was local. Came out the next morning and made the repair, and also inspected the roof for any possible future problems. He found another loose shingle and sealed it down so wind to get under it and rip it off like what happened tonthe shingles he replaced for me. Very professional, courteous and explained everything he was going to do before the repair. Highly recommend this contractor and will use again if needed in the future fir any repairs or projects.

Their proposal was thorough and accurate. They started and Finished on Time. Workmanship was fantastic. Great communication. I’m very detailed oriented and picky and they surpassed my expectations and would recommend them for roofing, siding and gutters.

I am so impressed with Johnny and his crew. We just bought our house and it desperately needed a paint job and some repair work. The window trims were rotting and the paint was peeling. They power washed, did all the carpentry and prep work, and painted a 2400 square foot house with 2 car garage in less than 4 days. I never thought my house could look like this. It was an incredible investment at a very fair price.

Found them on Home Advisor as a local business. I received 2 quotes for the job and there's was actually $100 higher but they offered suggestions and seemed more knowledgeable about my power washing and deck painting/sealing. Came out the same day to look the job and sent quote that evening. Very professional and hard working - really competent.

This is the first time I have used Pachars Painting which power washed my paver driveway and walk. They did a wonderful job; they were thorough and succeeded in removing all the discoloration from the pavers. I will definitely use them again.

Cleaned gutters. Well done job. John provided pictures of completed work. He returned calls promptly and politely (A rarity in Fairfield county). We miscommunicated on the initial date. He apologized and was out as agreed to a day or two later. I'll definitely use him again for the gutters and other work in the future.
