"My a/c circuit breaker kept tripping upon start-up of the unit. I read the positive reviews about KN, so I requested a quote and Kevin responded with a text within an hour. He was even able to come the same day and spent 2 hours to thoroughly inspect and test the various components of the system (including the connector in my attic), and replace the hard start. "The technician and owner showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned all the vents in the ceilings and walls. Howard and the technician were very friendly and helpful. After they finished the a/c vents, the technician cleaned my dryer vent. My dryer is working much more efficiently now. I just had to run around with the vacuum to clean up the a small amount of dust that had fallen from the vents."
