First estimate was about to rip us off.abd make us wait a week or two for supplies during a heat wave. Called Excel explained the situation. They gave us a second estimate. Finished the work the same day for much cheaper. We were happy we got a second estimate.

"The first company gave her an excessively High quote over 1000 dollars what we quoted for the repairs and said that it would take two weeks for them to do the work in the middle of a heat spell. Ms. called us, we told her that we'd be there between 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. and arrived at 9:20 AM. Steven gave them a quote which was over a 1000 less and I told her that we would deduct the diagnostic fee if she decided to do the work with us. The quote we gave Mr. & Mrs. included the deduction. Stephen was up in the attic for 6 hours making major repairs and has 40 years in the business. We charged her the quoted price and no more, she still wanted more money off. Read our 5 star reviews."

Stephen was excellent. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. My old outdoor condenser stopped working so I purchased a new one and hired Stephen to install the new condenser. He responded quickly and got the job done right. I spent a little more than I intended but overall Im very satisfied with the service.

Responded immediately and provided same day service. Very knowledgeable and communicated with me after the repair to confirm that AC still cooling. Compensated for the cost of the freon by not charging me for cleaning my AC condensors.

Steve is a wonderful guy. Very professional. Arrived on time. He took the time to explain what his diagnoses indicated, in lay person's terms. Did what he had to do and cleaned up after himself. His final bill was reasonable. I would recommend Steve without hesitation. In fact I plan on using him again to service my furnace and prep it for the winter. Five stars!!

Stephen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was available right when I needed and worked as fast as he could to get my house up and running back to normal. Steve the worker that came to house was extremely curious meticulous he really got into his work, reminded me of myself, if your going to do something do it right. up in the attic there was not much to be done but he was up there for a while which means he was meticulous.
