On the day he provided the estimate, Tom spent far more time inspecting the premises and searching for the optimal location for running the power line from the electrical box in our basement to the exterior of our house. He was the only one who suggested going through the crawl space, which was the best idea for this project. The crawl space was long, cramped, and dirty. Our job was not easy and the work conditions were sub-par (freezing cold outside; tiny dirty crawl space inside), but he performed the entire job with a smile.
