"my guys went to customers' houses 3 times. 1st visit customer wanted an exhaust fan in the bathroom. When tech arrived there, he told the customer that the exhaust hole was too small for an exhaust fan. The customer asked the tech to block the exhaust/ ventilation hole. On the 2nd visit, the tech blocked the hole with 2 metal sheets and had the customer check if that was what he wanted. The customer went up the ladder and told the tech that he was happy with the plates and that he didn't feel any air coming in. on 3rd instant tech went to customers apartment on a fixed appointment and customer did not respond.
