We have consistently been told Andersen are some of the best window. The sales guy came in and continue to beat that idea into our heads like a dead horse. It was so over the top and wasteful of our time, we considered bailing. Then he hot boxes you at the end to make a decision or else they walk. It's really an uncomfortable sales process. I would recommend getting other quotes first and then these guys if you want to consider them. Once we signed, the salesperson was really a disappointment. It was evident he really didn't know much about the install process. We never saw plans, as an example, ahead of the installation. Our original install date that was in the contract was also missed. Questions around permits were never fully explained. The team showed up to the install with two roofs for one window and not project manager and little command over the English language. We had to call in a troubleshooter from Andersen to sort it all out. The window is in and it looks good. For the amount of money we spent on the "top team", the level of customer support was average at best and the support we did get, we had to hound Andersen for. At several points during the process we questioned if this was even a legitimate process or if someone was just trying to take our money. The installers were fantastic and they did a professional job. They went out of the there way and I feel bad giving a bad review because of them...but leading up to the install...there is a real problem here.

I cannot say enough great things. Top-notch communication, speedy responses. Arrived on time. With the whole lawn being seeded, weeks later half of the lawn was not growing, while the other half was clearly doing well so they came out (as promised and on time) and assessed the situation and decided to add more seed to the bare part of the lawn - free of charge. They also left the little bit of leftover seed. They wanted to make it right. Would definitely hire again in a heartbeat.

The crew showed up every day and worked hard. They were all friendly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed on the spot. The job seemed to move along at a good pace. Once the job was finished, John even said that he would come back and replace the lamp post top and light fixture out front since I hadn't thought to buy new ones ahead of time.
