Price and guarantees were best we received. (We haven’t had a good hard rain yet so I’m unable to comment on how effective the gutter is in preventing drips/ leaks between the gutter and facia. The last gutters from a different vendor were not properly installed. If this is good, we’ll probably have the front done too!)"

"We were very pleased with the job that Full Phase Gutters did installing new seamless gutters and downspouts for our house. They were nice enough to come by and give us an estimate very early on a rainy morning since it was the only time we could see them. We liked it that they have three kinds of gutters to choose from, and they showed us pictures of each. Their "Gutter Helmet" was just the type of gutter we wanted since we've always had a big problem with seedlings, leaves, and twigs clogging our gutters. The team did a superb job of installing the gutters on our house, making sure to put the downspouts exactly the way we wanted. Both gutters and downspouts look great! "I had a leaky roof which was dripping down the master bedroom wall and damaging that wall. So I phoned Jesse Raynor in the morning, he arrived in the afternoon, found the problematic vent pipe and fixed it as quickly as all the snow would allow. Unlike a previous contractor who had merely caulked the pipe, Mr Raynor replaced it with a new pipe. Thus the leak was finally stopped; and the new vent pipe is also an aesthetic improvement over the old damaged one. Nicely, tastefully executed work."

"I was scheduled several months after I accepted the estimate, but no deposit was required until a couple weeks before when it was time to order material (and select shingle). 
At the beginning of the job, the estimator, foreman (and his boss, I believe) met me and reviewed what had to be done. The foreman exchanged cell phone numbers with me in case anything came up during the day, since I had to leave for work. The work took just over two days, with a discussion of progress each day. On the last day, this included showing me photos of work in progress, damaged wood that was replaced, etc.  They just finished last week, but it looks good!
