"Van Dusen replaced 2 windows (1 large picture window and a smaller door sidelight) and repaired 1 window.  I got several quotes prior to starting the job and chose Van Dusen because not only were they the lowest quote, but their quote also seemed to be the most put together.  Prior to accepting the quote, I had several questions that were answered very promptly including a return visit to confirm that they could match the color of the trim.

The work itself was done very professionally.  They took care to prevent getting debris on the bushes outside and furniture inside.  The main picture window seemed slightly challenging due to the size of the window, but they made it look easy.  Observing their work, I could tell that they took pride in what they did.  They worked very efficiently getting the job done.  It took about half a day to get all the work done.  I noticed some peer checking of each others work to ensure that everything was completed properly. 

At the end of the job, the work was reviewed to ensure it was performed correctly.  They reviewed the work with me and went over functionality and other aspects of the windows.  Some blinds that were taken down before the job were put back up after the job.  They cleaned up afterwards and left the area looking good. 

Overall, it was a very good experience working with Van Dusen and I would recommend them.
