"It's awesome to know there's at least one honest roofer in the Syracuse area. Jesse stopped by to check out a leak that has been recurring during the snow melt. After a look up top, Jesse quickly found an exposed nail that has most likely been the culprit. Other roofing companies that stopped by went straight to the "replace the whole roofing section" song and dance. That would have costed around 2 grand on a roof less than 10 years old. "I found this contractor through one of the Angie's List "Big Deals."  Matt responded very quickly to the initial purchase of his deal (roof maintenance and $100.00 credit for repairs), and was out to the job site within a few days.  He sized the work, gave me a verbal description of what additional work needed to be done and an estimate of the cost, and ultimately completed the work within 5 business days.  Note:  all of this was done by phone and text, since the property is seasonal and I do not live in the area.
I cannot comment on the quality because I have not seen the result other than in pictures.  But I trust that the work was done as described, and would use this vendor again.
