"I met with Jesse Raynor, the owner, last fall.  I had several quotes from other companies and his quote was comparable to the others.  After speaking with him, I found  him very knowledgeable and reasonable.  He spotted issues with the roof which others had seen and came up with similar or better fixes.

Because it was so late in the season, we chose to schedule the work for this spring.  He kept in contact with me over the next several months and was very patient with me as it would take me awhile to respond back to his emails and to decide on the color of shingle (he would drop off samples for me to look at and offered addresses so I could see his finished work).  Also, I was concerned about my ridge vent making it through the winter, so he checked it for me and fixed it so it would be ok until it could be replaced.

When it came time to replace the roof, he came over the night before to prep the roof and to make sure he would have everything he needed to start bright and early the next day.  Bright and early the next day, he and his crew were there to strip the roof to the plywood, replaced plywood that needed to be replaced, replaced one of my exhaust fan vents, and fixed one of the vent pipes that wasn't at the proper angle.  I had included in the contract a small roof that's off the back of the house and he threw in my old shed for free.  I was happy when they replaced the shed's shingles instead of putting the new over the old.

The crew was very professional and cleaned up afterwards.  Jesse was the first one there and the last to leave.

Last week, there was a HUGE downpour.  Before the replacement, there had been seepage in one spot so I went up into the attic.  It was dry as a bone!

I am very happy with the work that was done and think the roof looks great.  I found Jesse to be respectful and fair and will definitely recommend him to others!

"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them.
