We cannot say enough about VanDusen exteriors. We absolutely love the way our house looks! The quality of their workmanship is top notch not to mention their entire team is so friendly, respectful and courteous. We have small children who enjoyed watching them work and they were always so kind and friendly with the kids. They were here bright and early and worked hard each and every day. And always made sure to clean up after themselves every night. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them! Thank you again VanDusen! We are so happy with our home!

very shoddy work.. instead of putting down plywood or something else to walk on... they just trampled and muddied up the yard... my whole yard and driveway turned into one huge deep mudpit. For the interior trim of the patio door they used some cheap scrap wood that they just threw up and wasn`t even close to the right size. The whole exterior has an unfinished look, cables and wires were never re-attached, just left hanging... They busted my canoe that was next to the shed by forcefully pulling it up when it was frozen to the ground. They Broke a fishtank that was being stored next to the house. And they also busted a part of my fence that was just installed 2 months prior. My yard was used as an ashtray, spent days picking up cigarette butts, last thing that a parent wants to see is their 2 yr old chewing on a cigarette butt.

They did a fantastic job. Everything looks amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. After the job was done, their work area was as clean as before they arrived. We will continue to use them for any service that they provide when needed.

Did our roof about 2 years ago and was super pleased with the professionalism of everyone from the office staff to the work crews and the efficiency and quality of work. Hired again to replace windows, and once again impressed with the work but also the people. If I need another job done that they specialize in, will hire again.

We have had the absolute best experience with VanDusen Exteriors. We contacted them for a quote on a new roof and windows and from the first experience to the last Zach and his team exceeded our expectations. The teams that were sent to the house were knowledgeable and professional. They were beyond polite and very engaged. Hands down would recommend them to any and all. Will definitely use them for future projects!

?!!! Van Dusen Exteriors was the least expensive and most professional company to accommodate my roofing needs. My roof/seamless gutters/soffit panels/extended rear overhang job was completed in two days!! 12 guys were working!! The VD workers were VERY PROFESSIONAL ...they went above and beyond..fixing little things that I wasn't able to fix!!! (“not pertaining to the roofing job!”) I ABSOLUTELY ❤️ MY NEW ROOF,.... This company is A+. They were here every day early and worked til they could no longer see. They are all such hard workers and so professional and courteous. They helped us with all our questions and paid attention to every detail. We got a much better product from them than other companies that we got estimates from and at a very fair price. It turned out even better than we expected and have had numerous compliments from the neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. Our next door neighbor commented that he had never seen such a professional job and group of people. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our roof looks great, they provided a great warranty and quality product. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them. They even gave us a gift of homemade baked goods as a thank you for using their services Bob and Carol Merritt

In 2018, VD came and did a small portion of my roof as part of a larger project. They damaged my metal gutter helmets with their ladders, Eric VanDusen admitted fault and he said that they would replace the gutter helmets. In one year, they have never come to replace gutter helmets nor did they come to finish the rest of the project. I sent a certified letter to them this spring and VD never responded. Dan, their estimator, also told me my roof had two layers of shingles. It did not and this was verified by another expert and also by Eric himself. More complaints to be filed with different organizations. I cannot recommend this company to anyone after lack of performance and not following through on repairing damage that was caused by this company.

They arrived on time were very polite and went to work. No issues. Asked me to check if I was happy with what they did. YES, they even cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased and would recommend then to any person that asked. The work on the window was great even did the finishing work putting siding back and interior wall finished . You would not know the window was just installed looks like it belongs there. GREAT JOB!

We could not be more pleased with the outstanding work done by Van Dusen Exteriors. Every interaction with every employee, from start to finish, was positive and professional. Over the course of two days, their prompt, courteous and hard-working crew tore off two layers of shingles, replaced three skylights including matching interior trim, and installed a beautiful new roof on the house, breezeway and garage. They made sure that the deck and windows were protected during the removal of the old roof, and left both deck and yard in pristine condition when the job was done. They also left us with some delicious baked goods as a thank you for our business :) We got half a dozen estimates from other roofers, and while Van Dusen's price was very reasonable, we also chose them because of their stellar reputation, which they more than lived up to. It was a pleasure to work with a contractor that exemplifies professionalism, honesty, integrity, and customer service. We highly recommend Van Dusen Exteriors.

The roof was fixed a year and a half ago and they completed the job in 1.5 days just as promised and hired them to replace all the windows in the house and new siding just this summer. That was a huge job, and they finished in just a week. It was also a week that was over 90 degrees for 3 of the days. They were always professional, pleasant and paid attention to such detail it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to everyone-you will not be disappointed.
