"This is the second project we had Nick do in our house in 10 months. This time we remodel the main bathroom and the kitchen. For kitchen, new granite countertops were installed over the original cabinets as well as new custom backsplash. Both came out great! I must note since Nick custom cut out the space for the cooktop on-site, there are no annoying seams around the cooktop that I have seen in many other homes. Attention to details is definitely Nick's strength. For bathroom, we replace all the plumbing, countertop, vanity mirrors, lights, hardware, and toilet. New wall and floor tiles were also installed. "We hired Kevin Conway to remove a tired old blue tub surround from 1981 and old small ceramic tile floor from our upstairs bathroom. He did all that demolition work and then replaced the tub and walls with a beautiful modern look and the floor with larger Prego tile flooring. Kevin did a wonderful job! "Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different.
