"We purchased our shower replacement through Premier Home Pros after listening to their sales pitch and seeing the materials replacing what we had. IMPRESSED is all we can say. The shower doors were our main problems, but it all worked out and we're so please with the look. The drain cover issue has been taken care of and so far so good. Thanks to Steve, John, Chris, Bill, Don and Kyle for all of their help from beginning to end on this project. We are so pleased with the outcome!"

"Cancelled the job. I believe he is over priced was nickel and diming everything. $4500.00 wouldnt touch having a new shower put in. There is no bathtub so that wasnt something i needed. Didnt touch the upper walls, didnt remove wall paper, extra cost for tearing out existing upper walls with wall paper. This is a tiny bathroom and he said the tile for shower floor to ceiling, and tile lower half of walls was"much more than 40 square feet". The $4500.00 price he charges barely covers anything. Very misleading and over priced. I would not recommend him."

"Scott came and got right to work.... we are slowly getting this older house up to code. He replaced the outdoor faucet that has been leaking for a very long time. Very neat, friendly, showed me all the work when done.... had to add a new **** off also. I showed him the other things that I have issue with and he told me that they can fix them all. I will be calling them back for more help..... right after I buy my new sink and faucet for them to replace! He advised me on what to buy and what sizes! Very pleased with my new plumbers!'"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
