It was very easy to schedule an appointment with him. He returned my call within a day. On the day of the appointment, he called to let me know he was running a few minutes late and arrived shortly after that.

He installed a new light fixture and fixed a wonky kitchen cabinet which was a bit of a challenge. It was a very old cabinet and the parts needed are no longer sold. He was able to make some adjustments to get it just right. Thanks to Tom I have a drawer that opens and a well lit living room!
