3-4 Room Interior Painting or Staining
Claude and his workers did a great job. They not only painted, but they were also able to do some electrical work that no one before was able to do. They arrived on time every day, and were able to complete the job before the estimated time frame. They are professional, honest, trustworthy, and experts in home improvement. We will contact Claude, president of Elite Renovations, the next time we need work done.

Wonderful to work with from start to finish. Prompt, courteous, helpful, and organized. They sent an estimate right away and always called to tell me when they were arriving. The paint job they did for me (ceilings, walls, moldings and doors) was perfect. They also moved the furniture and put it back afterward, took down and replaced the light fixtures, kept the noise level down while working, and cleaned up after themselves. On their own initiative, they even went out and found a piece to patch the hole that a door stop had made in one of my doors. They take real pride in their work. I would hire them again for anything I wanted done.

Magic Home Improvement's Claudeir was a great drywaller. Did a master craftsman's job, but just as important, was flexible and proactive. Visley and Claudeir were great. I highly recommend them. Easy to work with. Very accommodating, personable, proactive, and flexible. Always quick to point out what could be done. A lot of plain common sense. What a relief. Easily accommodated little changes as the project went along, most without extra charge. And when there were extra costs, they were to totally reasonable. Excellent work. Claudeir's drywall repairs were particularly impressive. (Oh, and my wife thinks Visley is cute.) Thanks guys! I'll call you right away on my next project!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They sealed and painted the facade of my 4-story Manhattan brownstone and also repaired the "dings" in the mansonry and handrails. They even replaced the numbers on the front of the building. They were punctual, personable and professional, and they finished the job within a week. Excellent cleanup and a great price too. They turned what I thought would be a headache into a very pleasant experience. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Magic Home Improvements did a great job. They were very professional, friendly, efficient, and diligent with their work. They did exactly what I asked of them and more. They even came in after hours to finish up the job to meet the deadline. Great guys with great attitude and awesome work ethics. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done well and on time.

My experience with Magic Home Improvements was excellent from the beginning. They were always very punctual at their appointments and provided formal estimates in a very timely fashion. As I compared various estimates, theirs proved competitive. When time came for the job, they were very organized, worked very cleanly and the final result exceeded my expectations, and as a result of that I am already contracting them for the next project. I am definitely recommending Visley and his partner for any home improvement needs. 5 star team!

Work performed exceeded my expectations. My bathroom, which was repainted and partially retiled, looked better than when it was first renovated. Visley and his partner also cleaned up the job very nicely so that I didn't have to.

Even though we decided to repair our inground pool rather than fill it in, we were very impressed with Visley Silva and his partner. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough professionals and their estimate was reasonable and timely. We may decide to hire them in the future if we require any improvements or demolision work.

I fhired them to do plaster/wallboard repair and surface skimming. Their price was reasonable, quality of their work was excellent,they were exceptionally clean and easy guys to do business with. I highly recommend them and will hire them again when I am ready to replace my kitchen ceramic tile floor.

They started out great. Came on time and were very neat and sheetrocked my fireplace very nicely. Reason I would not recommend them is that they broke our contract. They refused to come and finish the job which consisted of mantels that were included in our contract stating that they were moving their location to Long Island and could not come back to Westchester. The job took longer than expected for them to do the mantels, which wasn't their fault, but they should have finished the job when we were ready.

They were very professional and trustworthy. They made sure to keep clean as best as possible the rest of the areas of the house not being remodeled. They were very easy to talk with. They completed an excellent job ahead of targeted date. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work and are lining up additional work for them soon.

Magic Home Improvements were professional and overall did a good job. Their craftsmanship was good and they completed the job in timely fashion. Cleanup could have been better as mortar was mixed in the basement and covered everything with a film of dust - very messy.

Very important that this company was very communicative promptly replying to any questions or advising of any changes in the development of a project thereby keeping me up to date. A very good natured and affable crew. I found the workmanship first rate and attentive to keeping a clean site. The pricing was fair and very aggressive with no hidden costs. I will not hesitate to use this company again.
