Replaced original roof shingles, tear off and reshingle. Easy crew to work with, switched from GAF to Certainteed Landmark Pro. Approximately 31 square job completed over 2 1/2 days. David the business owner provided good communication and crew did a good job cleaning up after work was completed.

We used NYRC to do new siding on our house. They did a fantastic job. They were always on time and were very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Most importantly the quality of the work was great! I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement needs you may have.

If I could leave a negative one star I would do so. My neighbor recommended them. I need my roof repaired/and or replaced so I contacted them 4 times! One v/mail, one email and twice I filled out the form online. All four times I explained what I needed done and they responded only once, to ask me what number I was using. That's it. So I guess they don't need my business.

I found NYRC while riding my bike around the neighborhood and called David on one fine it. Later did I realize that I have found someone who will be responsible for changing the roof, siding, exterior painting, fixing chimney, replacing doors, windows etc. I found David and his team (Izzy) extremely professional with strong work ethic. He spoke to the town authorities given we had existing asbestos siding as we wanted to go over it and how to handle our request. In the end we are extremely happy with the outcome and will happily answer any questions/comments if any one is thinking of having NYRC perform any services.

David and his roof guys were hard working on my ranch style house, did a great job repairing and cleaning up the debris at the end of each day. Probably will use them on my cottage in the future.

David and his team are truly professionals. They started the siding job on our house the day they promised. They arrived every day at 8 am and worked the entire day until the job was finished. No detail was overlooked. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and did a super clean up when they finished. When the work was completed I did an inspection with the lead installer and gave my approval. I was completely satisfied with the look and the quality of the work. It was after I gave my final approval that David came and did his final inspection. He noticed a couple of small details that he wasn't happy with. He had his crew come back the next day to correct them. Our home looks like it is brand new. We couldn't be happier!

Unbelievably professional. Workers were here at 8:00 in the morning and left 4:30 working non-stop with only a few minutes for lunch. This company was prepared with amazing equipment and knew exactly what they were doing. Work done was beautiful and so many extras I didn't expect. At the end of the job there was one small area around my door I wasn't completely happy with and the owner had the crew come back and redo it until I was totally satisfied. Would recommend them 100%.

Dave and his team are incredible! Look no further if you want skilled, knowledgeable home remodeling experts. As the daughter of an old-world builder and a father who was a phenomenal craftsman, I've been around this my entire life and know quality work when I see it. Right from the start we had a really good feeling about NYRC. Dave listened to my husband, offered recommendations, and even provided a list of options to choose from. It was so refreshing after just having a rep from a large construction company in our area survey the job... he had no interest in what my husband had to say and acted as if they were doing us a huge favor. But Dave is a traditional private contractor, and he was in constant communication with us to answer questions and provide solutions. His team work REALLY hard... with about a week, they installed new soffits, gutters, removed two layers of old roofing, and installed a beautiful new roof on both the house and attached two car garage. And when the job was completed, they left our property spotless. We still have a lot more work to do, but we know we've found a jewel in NYRC. We can't rave enough about the great job New York Remodeling Corp. did in replacing our roof. The foreman, Isaias, was professional and a craftsman. The job was done on time and they did a nice job of cleaning up. David May, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and his proposal was right on the money and there were no hidden costs. I blame Bob Villa, HGTV, The Property Bros., and Mike Holmes for my current state of affairs. Anyone can tear down a wall, you can Google, and you can YouTube. Sometimes you get it right and sometimes you can get in over your head. I needed this job to be finished, and I needed it fast. I do not have deep pockets, and I work 8.5 hours, 5 days a week. Lets face it logging on to these sites is kind of a cry for help. You hope your gonna find the right company for the job, get it done right and at a price that does not force you to sell your first born. If you are lucky enough to have Dave May of NYRC respond to your cry for help make sure that you hire him on the spot! Dave could see I needed help and I was in over my head. He did not take advantage of that. Dave and his crew were Fantastic! They finished my house with James Hardie siding and it looks GREAT! I liked Dave and his crew so much that I made them come back to do my roof: complete with all-new 5/8 sheathing, soffits, and gutters. I would definitely hire them again! One more thing, if you do hire NYRC make sure you buy the guys lunch, they are worth it!
