"Completely thorough, professional, and worth the money and time. I had met with several deck builders. None of them informed me about the paperwork involved with the town. They simply wanted to get hired, get paid, and start. Larry was the ONLY one who supplied a portfolio of previous jobs. He also explained the lengthy permit process, which I confirmed with Town Hall.
