"It went Perfectly. Joe arrived right on time and made sure he was parked in a good spot (I live in a co-op with a lot of rules about such things). After inspecting existing parts he told me that the knob and deadbolt were of very good quality and recommended just changing the lock cylinders. He did just that and happily honoured an Angies list coupon (even though I was unable to print it). His honesty saved me well over $150.00 He took his time and was not in a rush, sort of how you might remember skilled craftsmen from the past. He answered all my questions and made sure all worked perfectly before leaving. I will definitely hire Joe again and can recommend him highly. He also happens to be a very nice guy."

"Dennis was amazing! I called him on a Tuesday evening and he was at my door the next day. We just bought a house so we needed all of the locks changed. He is punctual, friendly and great at what he does. Please don't hesitate to use An American Locksmith!

"I approached this technician with a summary of what I hoped to achieve (clean installation, easy battery replacement, control through internet app) and the locksmith then researched the available options and presented a recommendation. After I gave him the go-ahead, he set up a convenient installation appointment, appeared on time, and performed all the work expeditiously. He kept me informed at each step along the way and after the work was concluded. The installation site was left clean and free of materials. This is a quality operation."

"I highly recommend STAT Locksmith. They were reliable, professional, and fairly priced. Dee the technician that came to us is wonderful! This is his Second time doing work for us! On a Friday night, one of the locks at my Airbnb property jammed while guests were staying at the house. STAT Locksmith quickly dispatched a technician and resolved the issue. When the problem continued a few days later, they promptly returned and replaced the entire keypad lock. Throughout the process, their team was polite, neat, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Their responsiveness and commitment to making sure the problem was fully resolved gave me tremendous peace of mind. Excellent service and a company I would not hesitate to call again."

"Choice responded quickly but the insurance plan does not pay for all doors to be re-keyed unless you have very few locks. The number of locks covered by the insurance is determined by keyholes, not doors! (Read your policy!) You will likely have to shell out some money to have this essential new-home service if you have more than four keyholes. The locksmith they called was EXCELLENT and made all our locks completely functional. We will happily hire the locksmith again (R.L Locksmith LLC). We paid $201.81 (plus another $50 for some door re-alignment not included in the re-keying benefit) and Choice paid $100 for the job."
