We are four brothers who learned garage door installation and repairs as a team so we could best service our customers We saw there was a need for honest professional installation and repair. 35 years of experience has brought us great success. We strive for excellence aiming high in these three fields, great service, fair pricing and prompt response times. We are located in Connecticut and we provide all your needs for commercial as well as residential. It went excellent. After calling a number of garage door businesses and receiving do response, I turned to Angie’s list and found Up and Down. Chris came to the house and did a superb job of repairing the down and getting it back on track. The door looks and operates like it was never hit. In addition to great work Chris was honest and didn’t rip me off. I am sure some other companies would have told me the door was old and unrepairable, but Chris was HONEST and repaired it like new. I will never call another door company other then Up and Down. They are honest, do excellent work and won’t rip you off.

My garage door motor died and my car was stock inside at 7pm. I called up & down garage doors and Ron the technician arrived 25 min after I called. He installed a new motor for a fair price. Thank u up & down garage door! Highly recommended!

I am so impressed with Ron and Up and Down Garage Doors. They provide a 24 hour service for garage doors and they are locksmiths as well! See if you can find a company other this one which will answer calls 24/7 with no extra after hours charge - they don’t exist! Their combination of old school work ethic and 24/7 service makes them a winner. Add them to your contacts!

He quickly diagnosed the issue with our garage doors, and charged a fair price for both the parts and labor together opposed to suggesting an entire door replacement.
