Hi, my name is Michael Durand, I’m the owner of SDR Construction. I was recently the main installer of doors for Lowe’s in the capital District area. Lowes has a company called integrity first if I wanted to continue to work for Lowe’s I would have to subcontract through if we wanted to continue to install Doors for Lowe’s and they were going to take 50% of our Labor, I didn’t think that it was fair Lowes told us that we would have to make up the money that they were taking and add a custom labor work charges , and charge customers for things that they don’t need to make up for what we were losing . SDR construction worked for Lowes for over a decade. You can call the stores associates in Millwork. When everything was said and done and we left Lowes . We found out that integrity first was owned by Lowe’s. They were stealing from their own installers, so much for the integrity part. It’s no integrity at all.
