They came highly recommended by someone I trust and I can see why. They covered a large local move on very short notice in a snowstorm and were still way under the time estimate and the perfectly reasonable estimate. The whole crew was prompt, professional and personable and I was completely comfortable having all of them in my home. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied with exactly where they had positioned everything and had good suggestions when i wasn't sure where to put things. The whole move was completed without any damage to anything. 10 out of 10 service.

Soliman Movers outmatched my expectations for moving me into my new home! They saw where I needed extra help because I was a little behind and they came up with a solution to all my needs to make it successful. They assisted me and getting a standing desk, chair, backup power source and more. Then they set up my computer system where I work from home and my personal one and mounted a TV in the exact location I asked to perfection. They were pleasant, efficient and I could not have been happier. Thank you to the whole team!

I moved my dad from the resort in Fayetteville to an assisted living facility. A friend had suggested that I call this place so I did. They moved my dad pretty quickly, The bill came out to slightly less than I was quoted over the phone. My dad was happy. I will definitely call these guys again.

Everything went real smooth. They met and exceeded my expectations. They were very professional. They dealt with my wifes move it here no move it there without complaint.

I was having a rough time with moving my father's stuff out of his house and into my home they were more than forgiving for not being at all prepared on my behalf they showed up on time and ready to go. My father was a bit of a hoarder and they help me out more than could have even imagined. Very pleased with the job they did and would definitely use them again. And i recommend that you use them also.

I had Solimin movers move a large and rather old piano for me. I was a bit nervous as the piano means a lot to us, but they couldn’t have been more careful and professional . The gentleman were on time and very respectful of our family and our things. I will definitely be contacting Solomin movers when it’s time to move again.

I have used Soliman movers for years now on many occasions. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Their level of professionalism is unmatched and they are extremely dependable and courteous.

I would recommend choosing a different moving company unless you’re okay with your belongings getting damaged and them refusing to compensate for the damage. Their pricing makes you think they would be excellent, and though the movers were very nice people, their company was very difficult to work with. Before they start, you sign a waiver and we were told with that waiver they cover up to $2500 of damage, but don’t worry, they won’t damage anything—but if something happens the story changes. They also take photos of everything before the move, so they know if any damages are caused by the movers or were preexisting. During our move, they put multiple holes in our sectional as well as breaking off part of one of the feet. When we called about this, the person we spoke with tried saying it was preexisting damage from a completely different couch. Once we finally spoke with them again after following up multiple times, they said they would give $60 for the damages and said the waiver we signed said our whole home was only valued at $2500 so the sectional was only worth $60. This was not what was explained to myself, my husband and my mother in law who were all present when the paperwork was explained. The holes they put in the sectional were not in removable cushions, therefore the entire couch needs to be replaced. The movers themselves were nice people, but the experience with them not owning responsibility and covering the damages appropriately was unacceptable and is 100% my reason for never recommending this company to another mover.

These guys were great! My husband and I are always so busy we barely had time to pack. We hired soliman movers and more to do some last minute packing and move us to the new house. They were on time, extra cautious, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Excellent customers service. Rebecca called us back immediately and gave us a quote over the phone. She also worked with us adjusting the move date and time. Josh and Frankie showed up right on time, took pictures of the furniture and then wrapped each piece before loading it into the truck. Unloading and furniture placement went just as smoothly. Very professional, reasonably priced. Five star rating.

Did not do basic things like wrap furniture to protect it on their trucks. Trucks are old and **** black fumes, and they leave the trucks running all the time. When taking apart furniture, did not take care to keep all nuts and bolts together and lost pieces so things couldn't be reassembled. Everyone was disheveled and relatively unprofessional in appearance and smelled like cigarettes. This company is amateur hour, and the management has no interest in providing customer service of any kind. I would stay as far away from this place as possible.

Originally, I wanted to have a SubZero refrigerator/freezer (approximately 500 lbs.) and dishwasher moved from my daughter's home in Manlius to my newly purchased home in New Hope (Moravia), New York. Meanwhile, I was waiting to have a Stickley king size bed, box spring and mattress delivered about the same time. The saleswoman we had used from Stickley to purchase the items (bed in May, box spring and mattress in June), told us they could not be delivered until July 19 since they were having a clearance sale and those customers had priority! We had family members coming from out of state for the Fourth of July to visit and needed the bed, box spring and mattress before that date and I felt it was totally unacceptable. I contacted Soliman Movers and More to see if they would be able to pick up the items at the Stickley Warehouse where they were waiting and was told the absolutely could for an additional cost of $100, which seemed very fair to me since Stickley was going to charge us $129.00. To make matters worse, Stickley Warehouse informed me the items had to be picked up by 11:30 that day because the doors would be closed and no one would be able to help load them on the Soliman Moving Van. Another bad condition we had to work around since Soliman had a moving job scheduled before mine and were not available at that time. Being a customer friendly company, Rebecca herself went to the Stickley Warehouse at the time appointed and had the items loaded onto her trailer and took them to our daughter's house to be brought over with the refrigerator and dishwasher. You can't get any better service than that!! The move went beautifully, on time and at the price quoted $545 (I think) plus an additional $100 for the Stickley pick up. When the two guys arrived in Moravia with the items, they were professional, thorough and very nice even turning down offers of water or soda since they were working against an impending thunderstorm. When asked, they were also kind enough to put the bed together with their huge box of tools and put the box spring and mattress on the frame. Over and above and certainly worthy of a tip. This is how customer service used to be and we will definitely use them again. P.S. When I listed the job, some companies did not call me back and the other one that did let me know they were in Cincinnati and did not do small moves in New York.

Soliman Movers were experienced, professional, and cheerful. Work was accomplished efficiently, but not in a hurried fashion. For example, they would allow time for me to dust where the beds had been, and were willing to talk with us about placement of the beds in their new locations. All in all, we are very happy to have called Soliman Movers to help us out.

When it was time to move from Cortland to Manlius it became very stressful. The owner Rebecca created a great plan to pack up everything and get it to the new house. They arrived about 5 minutes early, were all very polite and pleasant to be around. The men were very meticulous in the way they packed the boxes, as well as how they wrapped all my furniture. I was a little concerned about my grandmothers piano being moved, but everything made it to my new home in perfect condition. I would recommend Soliman Movers and More to anyone. They were great! If I ever move again they will be my only call.

Fantastic. It was a lot of work, and they had to bring on a couple of extra people to get done in time, but we made it and they packed the PODS extremely efficiently. They were friendly, helpful, hardworking, and efficient. They were super to work with.
