Redirected rain water around foundation outside, removed basement sheetrock, located leak on basement wall and repaired, waterproofed foundation, treated mold, replaced sheetrock, insulation and molding, primed and painted. "Tibor, Jake and the Zavza team had a very comprehensive detailed plan to deal with the water leaking into my basement. The team showed up on time, were courteous and worked very hard. They addressed the main source of my problem by installing a drywell outside to pull the water away from the house. Inside, they repaired a large crack in the wall and applied the Zavza Seal to my basement's wall and floors. Their layered approach will help keep my basement dry for many years."
